Boho None Traditional Wedding Photography Cornwall

Clare & Phil Blog-24.jpg

I like to play a strange little game with myself and guess what kind of dress the bride is going to have after I have met them. Although I have been friends with Clare and Phil for quite a while, it was inevitable that Clare was always going to be a beautiful boho bride.

The newlyweds chose to wed at the place they first met, by the bonfire at Retorrick Mill in Newquay, Cornwall. This place has rustic, natural beauty and is renowned amongst locals for its EPIC food by Scott & Babs. If you’re looking for a laid back wedding where formalities are thrown on the bonfire, the pews are replaced with vintage sofas, beer bongs are dished out by the owner and the dance floor is anywhere you can see (table tops encouraged). Retorrick Mill can tick all of your boxes and was perfect for Clare & Phil’s wedding day.

The ceremony was an intimate humanist celebration led by Clare’s brother. Full of personal touches, his & hers vows and all the lols!

C & P didn’t want any formal photos, only natural ones of their guests being themselves. Being in the centre of the action is the only way to get the true feeling of being back there again.

Love you guys
